I help people with a range of difficulties, but I excel in working with anxiety, stress, loss, difficult relationships and working with people who are carers.
All of my clients say I’m very calming and easy to talk to, which encourages them to relax and share their issues.
I work as an Integrative Counsellor which means I use a combination of approaches: Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Psycho-dynamic and Mindfulness. Everybody is individual so I will use the best modality suited to the needs of my client.
Sometimes it’s hard to speak to family and friends as you don’t want to feel like a burden….. I’m here to listen and offer you a safe, non judgemental space to talk about your issues.
